I have so much homework and studying to do today, so it looks like a short home workout day for me! Probably pilates and some light yin yoga. On another note, I have been getting comments about my physique lately. My boyfriend and family have been telling me they can see changes in my butt and stomach area. That makes me so ecstatic and even more motivated!

I have been feeling completely lazy and fatigued all day due to my monthly gift this week. I have not felt like doing anything all day.. But I got up and did a 45 minute yoga session to relieve some stress. I feel soooo much better. That just shows how much a little bit of activity can change your mood.
